Sorry to hear that for all of us, this is my fear. Or should I say was as I just took road of going through it via therapy and somehow learned to actually drop the need to get that validation or apology. At least I think, those things are too tricky to be that obvious. I was more than once fooled by myself... Lol
I used to call my mother in a crisis. now I go to the police station. The gentlemen help more.
